Before you troubleshoot anything, check this page. If your problem is listed here, stop – we know about it and are working on it.

Status Tags

• [ACTIVE] We know about it, we are fixing it.
• [SOLVED] Fixed. Try again.
• [MONITORING] Fixed, but might come back.

If something is broken, check this list first. If it’s here, we know about it and are working on it.

• If your problem is listed: You don’t need to troubleshoot further. We are on it.
• If it’s a global issue: Sometimes the internet or power goes out for everyone. It is OK to stop and wait while we fix it.
• If it is NOT listed: Report it in #support on Discord!

Network

• [SOLVED] Steam download slow (Friday 18:00)

  • Cause: Steam cache server overload.
  • Fix: Service restarted. Should be fast now.

• [ACTIVE] Battle.net “Waiting on another update”

  • Cause: Battle.net Agent gets stuck under heavy load.
  • Workaround: Restart your PC, or kill Agent.exe in Task Manager.

Power

• [ACTIVE] Row C, near seat 12
  • Issue: A breaker tripped.
  • Status: Electricians are on the way. Please unplug non-essential devices (phone chargers, etc.).

Game Servers

• [ACTIVE] Minecraft server lag
  • Cause: Someone detonated too much TNT near spawn.
  • Fix: Rolling back to a backup from 10 minutes ago.
