Reporting Network Issues

Help us help you. What to tell the tech team.

“The internet is broken” doesn’t help us fix it. When you message support or wave down a staff member, tell us:

1. Who and Where

  • Your seat location (Row/Seat number).
  • Your username (if on Discord).

2. The Connection

  • Wired or Wi-Fi?
  • Do you have a link light on the port?

3. The Problem

  • No connection: “I can’t load the portal or Google.”
  • Specific site: “I can’t reach Steam, but Discord/TeamSpeak works.”
  • Game issue: “I can’t connect to the CS2 server.”
  • Performance: “I have 50% packet loss.”

4. What you tried

  • “I rebooted.”
  • “I tried a different cable.”
  • “I disabled my firewall.”

The more specific you are, the faster you get back in the game.
