Reporting Network Issues
Help us help you. What to tell the tech team.
“The internet is broken” doesn’t help us fix it. When you message support or wave down a staff member, tell us:
1. Who and Where
- Your seat location (Row/Seat number).
- Your username (if on Discord).
2. The Connection
- Wired or Wi-Fi?
- Do you have a link light on the port?
3. The Problem
- No connection: “I can’t load the portal or Google.”
- Specific site: “I can’t reach Steam, but Discord/TeamSpeak works.”
- Game issue: “I can’t connect to the CS2 server.”
- Performance: “I have 50% packet loss.”
4. What you tried
- “I rebooted.”
- “I tried a different cable.”
- “I disabled my firewall.”
The more specific you are, the faster you get back in the game.
